From infancy to adolescence, sleep is one of the biggest issues that parents have to deal with. This includes not only your child’s sleep habits, but your own sleep as well, because waking up with the kids at all hours of the night doesn’t make it any easier to function the next day! In fact, when parents talk about parenting, one of the biggest complaints is feeling exhausted and needing more sleep. Most day-to-day parenting challenges are easier to handle when you’re feeling well-rested, so we are going to try to help you and your children get more restful sleep. Ideally, building good sleep habits starts in infancy. But a problem can develop at any age. So we will also try to give you some potential solutions to your children’s sleep problems. We hope that the information and products eventually presented within this section will be helpful to your children, and also ultimately to you as their tired parents.
